Covid 19 Update

Understandably, COVID-19 is having a dramatic impact on our lives. To ensure our customers are not affected and product deliveries happen within the promised delivery period, we are in constant communication with our production and logistic partners.

While we do expect some orders to be delayed slightly due to the ever-evolving situation, most deliveries are expected to be delivered within the promised delivery time frame.

Should there be any issues arising out of things that are beyond our control, we will ensure that all effected customers are made aware of the same. Please be rest assured that your orders are safe with us and we will ensure that none of our customers are inconvenienced.

We also have received several queries from concerned customers asking if it is safe to receive and handle a shipment. Our production, shipping and logistic partners are following the guidelines laid down by global health experts at the World Health Organization and US Centers for Disease Control on preventing the spread of COVID-19.

Both the WHO and CDC have stated that the likelihood of catching the COVID-19 virus by way of parcels is extremely low. Both the CDC (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/faq.html) and WHO (https://www.who.int/news-room/q-a-detail/q-a-coronaviruses) and the Surgeon General have indicated that there is currently no evidence that COVID-19 is being spread through the mail.

The measures taken by each of our logistics partners have been further elaborated in the links below.
