Upload one sharp, well-lit photo per pet, facing the camera, with the full face and both ears visible. Use JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB. If your photo is HEIC, save or export a JPG copy first.

    Yes. Your photo guides the engraved portrait and the outline around each face. For two to four pets, the face-shaped portraits are connected side by side in your chosen order.

    How do I care for it?

    Keep it dry. Avoid perfume, lotion and cleaning chemicals. Remove before bathing, swimming and exercise. Store separately in a dry place and wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.

    How many pets can I include?

    Choose one, two, three or four pets. Add one photo and one name for each pet, then check their left-to-right order.

    Where will the names appear?

    Each name is engraved on the back of its corresponding face. The order you choose is viewed from the front of the necklace.

    Will I receive artwork for approval?
