Medium is the size most people pick. It holds 24.6 liters, enough for a small-to-medium toy pile. Go Large (39.4 L) if the toys have outgrown a shoebox or two, and XL (63 L) for big plush, rope toys or two dogs' worth. Small dog? Medium and Large are under 10 inches tall, so they can reach in and pick their own toy.
Tracked US shipping is $9.95 for a Medium, $12.95 for a Large and $14.95 for an XL.
In the US, 15 to 20 days from the day you order, give or take a few days. We make it in 2 to 3 days. Your tracking email comes about a week after you order, once it's actually moving.
Yes. Fill in every option, add your photo, then tap "Preview your design" to see the finished box. Check the spelling of their name there. We print the name exactly as you type it.
Facing the camera, good light, whole face and ears in frame. A phone photo is fine. Our team sets up every print file by hand and checks your photo before it prints.
Yes. Choose 2 dogs and upload one photo with both of them in it, or pick two breed designs.
Pick the closest coat color and markings, or upload a photo instead. Photos work for every dog, mixed breeds included.
Yes. A light metal frame inside keeps the sides upright. It's soft fabric, not a rigid bin, so it folds flat when empty. As one customer put it: "It is sturdy enough for her to lean in and take her toys out."
It's fabric, so it's not chew-proof. If your puppy chews everything, keep an eye on them with it for the first few weeks.
Wipe it with a damp cloth. No special care needed.
Sure: leashes, blankets, treats. Some customers keep one upstairs and one downstairs.

The box is very well made from sturdy, durable material. My 5-month-old puppy, Creampuff, attempts daily to destroy it and still hasn’t managed to put a single hole in it. She gleefully empties all the toys to play with the box itself, sometimes dragging it around the room with everything still inside. After a week, she’s even started putting her toys back into it on her own—which is ridiculously cute. The sides do stand up straight; however, they also give way easily to flatten for storage or travel. It holds a lot of toys and has proven to be a truly worthwhile purchase for us.

I ordered the pink toy box with the Japanese Chin picture, and it's both cute and functional. The medium size is actually large enough to hold my dog! I placed all her toys and stuffed animals in the box, so it's a decorative space saver.

My only dissatisfaction was the message on the toy box did not match the preview picture when I ordered it. First picture shows what is should of looked like and second photo is what I received.

I finally received my cute personalized toy box for my sweet puppy. She loves to empty her toys out so she can play. Very sturdy and looks nice sitting out ready for her to play.

In the morning Merlena pulls all her toys out of her toy box, then jumps in it and plays. At night, I try to put her toys in and she knocks it over and takes the toys out. I am working on teaching her that the toys go in the box at night.

The personalized toy box is very cute but I feel would be better for small dogs toys and in a small size. I ordered a large and the material is too soft to retain its shape considering my BerneDoodle puppy likes to push things around.
Graphic was nice but again small for the large size so recommend getting a smaller size. In all it’s a reasonably priced personalized item and material is a good canvas type fabric. I recommend in smaller sizes.

It looked exactly as represented on the website, appears decent quality and is the perfect size for all of Hammies toys (we got the smaller size). Tucks away nicely in a corner of the living room and she loves the freedom of being able to pick and choose her toys at will! Very happy with the purchase.
